The AmbitionBI website records general visitor data, including your computer’s IP address, the time of retrieval, and data sent by your browser. This data is used for analyses of website visitation and click behavior, for securing our website, and for its proper functioning, along with associated plugins or web applications. • Functional cookies
We use functional cookies necessary for our site’s proper operation. Cookies are files stored on your computer to, for example, distinguish users or store items in a shopping cart. These cookies can be deleted at any time through the computer’s browser settings.
• Use of social media links
Our pages may contain plugins from social networks such as Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. When these are used and you are logged in to one of these services, these networks may receive data about your browsing behavior.
When you visit our pages, these social media plugins can establish a direct connection between your browser and the social media servers. As a result, these parties become aware that you have visited our website with your IP address. For instance, Facebook may link your visit to our pages to your user account. We want to inform you that as the provider of these pages, we are not notified of the content of the transmitted data or its use by these companies.
If you do not want these companies to link the visit to our pages to your social media account, you should log out of the social media channels before visiting our website.
• Use of other plugin scripts and web fonts
Our website uses JavaScript code for proper operation and display. This code may also come from a third party, such as Google Webfonts.
If you activate JavaScript in your browser and do not have a JavaScript blocker installed, your browser may transmit personal data when a code is loaded by one of our suppliers. We are unaware of the data linked to the received data and for what purposes it is used. You can prevent JavaScript code from running by installing a JavaScript blocker (e.g., www.noscript.net).

AmbitionBI does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data is not stored for longer than 26 months if no agreement is reached with you, or after it is terminated. Cookies can be deleted at any time through the browser settings.
However, where a customer has purchased a product or service, we need to retain this data for 7 years for tax purposes. We will delete data that is not needed to provide our services.

AmbitionBI only provides your personal data to third parties if necessary for executing an agreement with you, to comply with a legal obligation, or to optimize, improve, and secure our website’s operation. This also includes sharing information with web applications, suppliers, and hosting providers necessary for our site’s operation and web functionalities, such as a chat function. We will handle this data carefully by anonymizing it as much as possible and by entering into a processing agreement with third parties that offer this agreement.
Personal data may also be shared with third parties when we use tracking cookies. These will only be used for our own marketing purposes and will not be shared/sold to third parties. Above, you can find more information on how we can use these and how you can give consent for this.
