I build data models that also hold a company's rules and agreements. That rarely starts with technology and usually starts with people: who uses which number, what for and what breaks if that number turns out to mean something else. The more agreements, rules and cross-links run through each other, the more it matters to settle them properly once. That is exactly where my work starts.
After that it is about execution. From the sources to a data model that describes the business the way it actually runs, with reporting on top that the team can keep using without us standing next to them.

A financial data platform for an investment group. Set up the ETL process with Python and Power BI and put financial reporting directly onto the accounting systems, so holdings can be compared without a round of manual consolidation first.
Steering information at an international maritime business. Built dashboards and reporting and took over the management of the ETL process and the Power BI environment, so the organisation could rely on numbers being ready every morning.
Financial and operational reporting out of one ERP model. Built the data model from the source system and developed segmented datasets, directing the data engineers who built alongside.
Invoicing made visible at an industrial supplier. Reporting in Power BI that lets the invoicing flow be followed rather than reconstructed afterwards.
What came out of that work is on the cases page. When we work together, Joël is usually there too.
Some of the businesses we worked for. What came out of the work at several of them is on the cases page, with the company named.

You tell us which systems are running and where the numbers diverge. By the end you know whether this is for you and what the next step would be.
