Personal data that may be processed

AmbitionBI may process your personal data because you use AmbitionBI's services and because you provide it yourself when filling in a form on the website. AmbitionBI may process the following personal data:

• Your first and last name
• Your address
• Your telephone number
• Your email address
• Your IP address
• Your company name and its address details
• Information about your location, device, browser settings and browsing behaviour

Why AmbitionBI needs this data

Performing the agreement. AmbitionBI may use your personal data in order to perform an engagement agreed with you.

Getting in touch after a contact request. AmbitionBI processes your personal data so we can call you when you ask us to and write to you if we cannot reach you by phone.

Running, improving and securing the website. General visit data is recorded on the AmbitionBI website, including your computer's IP address, the time of the request and the data your browser sends. This is used to analyse visits and clicks, to secure the website and to keep the site and its plugins working correctly.

Functional cookies. We use functional cookies, which are needed for the site to work correctly. Cookies are files stored on your computer. You can delete them at any time through your browser settings.

Tracking cookies. Besides functional cookies we may use tracking cookies, which analyse browsing behaviour and advertising preferences. We ask for explicit consent during your visit before using them. You are not required to accept them in order to visit the site and you can delete them at any time through your browser settings.

Plugin scripts and web fonts. The website uses JavaScript so it works and displays correctly. If you enable JavaScript and have no JavaScript blocker installed, your browser may transmit personal data when a supplier's script loads.

How long AmbitionBI keeps data

AmbitionBI keeps your personal data no longer than is strictly needed for the purposes it was collected for. Where no agreement is concluded with you, or after one ends, your data is kept for no longer than 26 months. You can delete cookies yourself at any time through your browser settings.

Where a client has bought a product or service we keep that data for seven years, because the Dutch tax authority requires it. Data we do not need in order to deliver our services is deleted.

Sharing with third parties

AmbitionBI provides your personal data to third parties only where this is needed to perform an agreement with you, to meet a legal obligation, or to run, improve and secure the website. That includes sharing information with suppliers and hosting providers needed for the site to work. We handle this data carefully by sending it anonymised as far as possible and by concluding a processing agreement with parties that offer one.

Personal data may also be shared with third parties where we use tracking cookies. This is used for our own marketing only and is not shared with or sold to third parties.

Seeing, changing or correcting your data

You have the right to see, correct or delete your personal data. You can submit a request by post or by email using the contact details at the bottom of this page. AmbitionBI will respond as soon as possible and in any case within four weeks.

Security

AmbitionBI takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised change. The AmbitionBI website uses an SSL certificate to safeguard your personal data.
