The diagnose phase: mapping what is there

What is in the plan of approach

Which sources you need. What state they are in and what is missing.
What is already there and what stays. An existing data warehouse, extractions or reports: per component whether it stays or is replaced and what still needs building.
Definitions and KPIs, written out. What revenue is, when an order counts, how margin is calculated. Settled the way you mean it, with the places where that produces different answers today.
What the business data model will cost. As a fixed figure, not an indication.
How long it takes. And in what order we build.
Where the first result sits. So you are not waiting six months before anything is usable.

What the Business Data Scan costs

€1,200. One price, however many systems you have.

What we quote is what we invoice, so you know up front where you stand and nothing is added afterwards.

If we go on to build the data model, the scan is included in that figure at every size.

What you keep is yours: the inventory, the definitions written out and the plan of approach. Including if you do nothing further with us.

Why we start with a scan

Quoting a data model without having looked inside the source systems is guessing. A quote resting on assumptions gets more expensive during the engagement and then the conversation is about scope changes instead of results.

The scan takes that uncertainty out before anything is committed. We know what we are building, you know what you are buying and that is why the price after it can be fixed.

It is deliberately a separate product with its own price.

How it runs

Intake call

Half an hour on the phone. Together we work out where the value sits for you and whether the scan contributes to it.

The sessions

Half a day with finance. Half a day with management and the stakeholders who work with the reporting.

The survey

We look inside your source systems and map what is there and what is missing. That happens inside your own environment, under the terms set out on security and continuity.
