What goes wrong when nobody is watching
A data platform is not a document that gets finished. A field changes in the ERP, an API key expires, somebody is given access they should not have and last night's refresh failed quietly.
The problem is not that it happens. The problem is that the reporting usually shows no sign of it. The numbers are still there, they are just from last week. You find out in the meeting where you needed them.
What we do
- Monitoring on the data loads. We see a failed refresh before you miss it and we fix it.
- Control over the environment. Expired keys, changed fields in the source system, capacity running towards its limit.
- Access management. Who sees what. New joiners added, leavers removed.
- Fast support. We know how the model is put together and usually fix small faults within a working day.
Support is about keeping it technically running. New reports, new sources or changed definitions are development work and are quoted separately, so you never have to guess what is inside the monthly figure.
What it costs
€150 to €300 per month, depending on the size and complexity of the model. Cancellable monthly.
Support runs under the same data processing and non-disclosure agreements as the rest of the engagement, on accounts you issue.
Taking support is not a condition of anything else. The platform and the documentation are yours. We build nothing you can only reach through us.
